We only deal with manufacturers that provide our patients a warranty against defects. If there is a problem with a defective frame or lens, we will replace it.
The Ottawa Optometric Clinic has a lens edging facility on-site which means that it may be possible to make your glasses while you wait!
Difficulties adapting to your new lenses? Come back to see us within 90 days and we can exchange the lenses for something that works for you. We provide our patients with the most technologically advanced lenses from manufacturers such as Carl Zeiss and Nikon. This ensures that you receive the sharpest and most comfortable vision possible.
When you buy a new pair of glasses, we offer a 20% discount on the second full pair of glasses for you or a family member and a 10% discount for any other additional pairs. This offer is valid for 60 days from day of purchase.
