Sarah Richardson
Sarah has been with OOC since April 2010 as our primary Westboro location reception staff. Her kind demeanour and helpfulness has made her an integral part our of patient care commitment.
She is currently engaged in obtaining the Optometric Assistant’s Course of Ontario to be completed in June 2011 at which point Sarah will become more customer engaged on our dispensary floor and in our pre-test area.
Previously, she worked in the Real Estate industry and in the retail service industry which explains her understanding of the importance of great customer service.
Sarah is one of our many staff who offers full bilingual service and is always ready to offer that with a smile.
